How to add it in Outlook
Outlook on the web (Microsoft 365):
- Click the gear icon (Settings) → Mail → Compose and reply.
- Click into the signature box under Email signature.
- Click Copy Signature above, then paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V).
- Tick “Automatically include my signature on new messages” if you'd like, then Save.
Outlook desktop app:
- Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
- Click New, name it (e.g. “Sweetgrass”), then paste into the Edit signature box.
- Choose it as the default for new messages and replies, then OK.
